What we build.
What we choose.
Who we become.

In the early days of the commercial internet, I helped people claim their first internet identity and build something of their own.

Today, I write, speak, and advise founders as AI reshapes everyday life.

Human agency matters more, not less.Adriana Parsons

As AI becomes more capable, human agency matters more, not less. We have to keep questioning, keep learning, and keep taking responsibility for the choices that remain ours.

That belief connects the work I do now to the memoir I am writing about the life that got me here.

The Memoir · In Progress

After thirty years in Arizona, I left the life I had built with the man I loved.

Not because I stopped loving him, but because I finally accepted what I could not fix.

That is the story I am writing now.

About

From Queens to the early commercial internet, and into what comes next.

  • Cornell University, BS
  • MBA, University of Phoenix
  • Domain name services manager, GoDaddy early days
  • Marketing director, Limelight Networks through IPO
  • Founder, Cranial Crush Consulting, established 2003
  • Founder, Parsons Drama Club

In GoDaddy’s early days, I ran the company’s domain-name department. I helped people and small businesses claim their first internet identity, understand domains and hosting, and build their first websites. I helped resellers build businesses of their own and contributed to domain policy and privacy protections.

In 2003, I founded Cranial Crush, where I help founders and brands find the story and the voice that make them recognizable, and help leaders put AI to practical use.

I later served as marketing director at Limelight Networks through its IPO, working on teams that helped companies like Netflix and Disney deliver streaming content into homes and onto phones.

Today I live in Los Angeles, where I am a writer and speaker, the founder of a nonprofit expanding access to Hollywood for young actors, and the mother of a working actor.

Speaking & Media

All of it comes back to human agency.

Thinking for ourselves, accepting what we cannot control, imagining what could be, and taking responsibility for creating it. That is the lens I bring to the things we build, the lives we choose, and the forces that shape both.

01

AI at Work

What leaders actually need to know to put AI to practical use, without outsourcing the human judgment that makes it valuable.

02

Rebuilding When You Already Had the Life

What it takes to accept what you cannot change, leave a life that looked complete from the outside, and begin again without surrendering your agency.

03

Talent Is Everywhere. Access Is Not.

Building a nonprofit that expands access to Hollywood for young actors, and what it reveals about who gets a shot.

The future is being built. The question is what we choose to carry into it.
